Which account is right for me?
 
If you are unsure what your needs are, sign up for the BASIC account and try out a couple of the basic tools. If you know you want reporting, then you should sign up for the PRO account. Our ADVANCED account is for those who want help managing their inventory along with advanced supplier management and reporting.
What are the requirements?
 
To be able to make use of SellersToolbox.com you will need to have the following.
  • Amazon Account - You should be able to access Seller Central.
  • Modern Browser - Older browsers are troublesome and hard to support. Please use a recent version such as IE8, FireFox , Chrome, Safari, or Opera. Chrome and FireFox are the preferred browsers.
  • Amazon Web Services - You will need to sign up for the Fulfillment Web Service (FWS), Marketplace Web Service (MWS), and the Product Advertising API (PAAPI) - All of them are free web services. There are instructions for signing up for FWS and MWS once you have logged in.

Are there any discounts?
 
We believe our tools will save you time and money. Our hope then is that they will more than pay for themselves. If this is not the case for you, please let us know if you have a special need that we might be able to easily accommodate.
Can I pay quarterly or yearly?
 
Not through the automated system. If you wish to be billed instead of using Amazon Payments, please contact us. We will set you up manually and invoice you when your account is getting close to its expiration date.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
 
Most certainly. Once you have logged in, got to the Account Settings page. There will be an Upgrade button there that will take you to the signup page. You just sign up with a different subscription and the old one will be cancelled. This is how Amazon Payments works unfortunately. You can change your account at any time but please don't do it frequently.
How long does it take to be able to start using the tools?
 
About 5-10 minutes depending on the speed of Amazon Payments and your email provider. Once you have paid and received your new password in the mail, you will need to sign up for the web services and enter the security keys. With them entered, the tools will be operational.
How do I cancel my account?
 
Go to the Account Settings page and click on the Cancel button. Follow the prompts and you will have cancelled your subscription. All activity will cease once Amazon sends notification back to our site.
How can I reinstate my account?
 
If you have a closed account, just sign up again using the same email address. When the request is received from Amazon Payments to create the account, SellersToolbox will check if it already existed before and if so, will reactivate it.
Do you support multiple accounts?
 
If you have more than one selling account, or manage an account for someone else, you will have to create a new account for each of them on SellersToolbox.com. Merging accounts in not planned due to the information that would be shared between them.
Is there a cost for maintenance or upgrades?
 
All maintenance, backups, and upgrades are included in the subscription cost. If you have a custom tool on your account, its support is also included. Some tools may have special arrangements so contact us if you have questions about their support.
Is there extra cost for customized reports or tools?
 
There are development costs involved, but once that work is done, there are no additional costs for keeping the customized tool or report active. All that is required is keeping the account subscription active.
What is the 1 hour consultation that comes with the ADVANCED account?
 
The 1 hour phone consultation gives us a chance to review the tools and reports that are most important to you. Any topic you are interested in can be discussed. The goal is to ensure that you get what your business needs right away.
